Archery Being Nerfed

For ideas on how to make Second Age a better shard. Can it get any better? Maybe.

If you want to build a replica of a typical 1950s car because you remember how awesome it was when you were growing up, go ahead. Just remember, when you start hitting the brakes in a serious turn, it's going to handle and perform like shit compared to virtually anything made in the last ten years.

Thus, the birth of the Resto-Mod, wherein you make something that looks and smells like the past but performs like it can with today's available technology.

The guys at the Concourse de Elegance are not hammering their cars into the corners. They are putting around town enjoying the nostalgia.

This shard replicates EVERYTHING about the era that it can(within Derrick's power), even the drum brakes and bias ply tires. That is what he wants to build and that's what it will be, the end.

Archery is not broken here, much like I can still drive fine with drum brakes and bias ply tires, I can kill things with Archery.

Complaining about archery mechanics = era accurate.

Go read UOHOC logs and google news groups about it and will see the same exact type of responses you do here. :wink:
