Not sure what you're asking for here? Are you looking for the owner? Are you the owner and just posting cuz you're so happy about it?
Also, I'm not so sure this is SOUTH of Cove. I think this spot is NORTH of Cove.

The house sign says fairly worn, so I would guess he's not the owner.
