Hirelings

does anyone know where i can hire hirelings?
if so what do they look like?
how can i know them on sight?

They can be found almost anywhere, taverns, docks, and the Jhelom fighting pits have more concentration of them though. If you say "hire" to them they will respond if they are hireable.
