Castle deed if it unused

This stuff has went down since I last played, when it used to go 350k a yard. I have to imagine it still goes for around 300k a yard. This robe takes 16 yards to craft, plus the hassel of collecting this much ice white cloth, and throw in the fact that its blessed and yes, unused, im pretty sure its worth more then a castle deed.

Ice white can be valued at 250 - 300k per yard.

I have a Blessed wizard hat that cost 15 cloth to make, and I would not accept anything under 3.7 million.

I would aim to sell my hat at 4.5 million. Your robe is worth a tiny bit more.

I was thinking in the 5 mil neighborhood. And I would also throw in a ice white bandana
