I am confused about rares and when they spwan? I know there are some rares that spawn daily and then there are some that are monthly?
Are the monthly ones called Server Birth rares? And what time of month is that? Or is it just a surprise!

i wasn't here when server birth rares were released (during christmas)
But I beleive these rares won't spawn again.
Monthly and daily and weekly rares are all you can get now. With lockpicking certain chests yeild semi rares as well.

a lot of the peopel who are claiming to be selling 'server birth rares' are just selling normal spawning rares they found while hunting server birth rares. These are common, so be careful

I have found gold and iron wires easy enough. I once found A Knitting but I think that is a montly spawn? I am not sure

i got a skinned deer. i think that is server birth or unique rare, right?

Here are the ones I've found that spawn in the open, not in strongboxes:

basket
tall candle
fruitbasket
rock
playing cards
full vials
water bucket
empty jar
bloody bowl
bloody bandage
rope
brush
chessmen
dirty pan
small vase
broken chair
pig iron(not sure on this one, may have been a serverbirth)

There are a bunch of others but these are the ones I can personally confirm.

go to the trophy turn in section in the guides forum, there is a list of rares that are 95% spawning in the world that you can trade trophys in for instead of finding them

Do you have to use stealing skill on them to get them? or do you just click and drag them?

A very small percentage require stealing. The majority you can just pick up.
