I wonder it is any chance to drag out player or npc hp bar any quicker? Or have auto drag or something? On top of it is it any easier way to attack creature / player than by war mode and double click? Is it anything what can make it automaticly let say? Thanks for answers.

All I can say is experiment with the targetting options offered by razor, they are game-changing. Using the mouse scroll wheel for next target / or next humanoid is fairly standard. Once you have a target set, use the 'attack last target' hotkey

Seriously nothing else? I even seen on youtube film from uosa and guy had something like gray bars above which i think would be easier to drag out from it than from player/ monster. Any suggestions?

Hold ctrl+shift, that makes it sometimes easier to drag it.
