Compassion Shrine Small, Great for New Tamer!

This house is literally a small run south from the Shrine of Compassion (Not even 1 screen, you can see the tip of it from the house!). It is an ideal location for those that wish to raise Taming on the Scorpions and Spiders in the area without the worry of being PK'd. It's also ideal for anyone wishing to kill Earth Ellies and mine in the area for Iron Ore!
Opening bid: Deed + 10k
Increment: 5k

I always pay tribute when I see one of you guys around *Smiles*, your actually very nice neighbours and I have had some fun rp'ing with you. If your clan would be interested in the property I am sure we could come to an agreement.
