I've been playing for a week now after downloading. I'm not sure if i ran the patch thing.
My question is that if i have to actively download patches in order to have any new changes applied?
How do i go about doing this?
I'm really computer illiterate so, I'm sorry!

Any changes that the staff makes are automatically updated. You don't have to patch them.

If your game works fine, you shouldn't need to patch.
