UO Second Age

I placed this house the other day just because the footprint is big enough to place another small alongside by repositioning the current one (maybe a 3rd even just not sure and havent tested), I don't believe anything else can be placed here but people are welcome to try if successfully buying.

The House offers water views and plenty of lumber to chop away at. If you so desire then by boat and a easy sail to the west is the Crescent Mountain range where you can boat mine up and down happily, just dont AFK macro mining as bad things tend to happen Neighbours are quiet, hardly to be seen, and the spawns are relatively low, just enough to go out and and make a few coin on the side.

Starting bid is deed plus 15k ono, BO is 2 deeds. I will let this run a week from today so closing time is Friday 31st August at around 6p AEST (East Coast Australian Time). *I reserve the right to pull this from sale if bids dont meet my expectations*

I'm sorry to say I'm retracting my bid. Your sales pitch and location was tempting but I found a soon to be open spot for a large brick (if the IDOC vampires don't find it first).

Once again, my apology. If that spot could hold a large brick I would take it in a heartbeat.

Naunet - if you can, i would recommend placing both smalls for the picture, and then replacing 1 house in the middle, if you only want to trade 1 house.

If that's the case, then there should be enough room for both of us. Perhaps we can be neighbours. Spot's too obvious though, I'm sure it will be camped soon.

Like this you mean? I was going to try a third but didnt have a spare small on me at the time.
Still it is a very quite spot. the only human traffic here is the house owners around, they usually recall to the doorsteps, and the random idoc hunter.

Anyways. I could sell them as 2 items but giving some one a chance to place a 2nd when time permits.
