Hi,
1. can someone epxplain me what Invulnerability means?
2. Where do i get them. I see this item property on many armor parts.
3. And why are colered armor parts not popular on this shard? On many other shards i pay about 50k for a gold platemail und about 500k for a valorite plate.
4. What is the AR rating for a full valorite plate with heater shield?
5. Why are black sandals so expensive? Are they magical? Crazy 10k for a valorite plate and about 300k for black sandals
Thanks!

It means the highest damage absorption bonus you can get.
You get magic items from higher-end monster loot and treasure chests.
For the most part, people are function-over-form here. There's no functional difference between a plain GM suit and a valorite suit. Also, I assume valorite ingots aren't that rare here, due to the amount of mining that goes on.
Not sure, but it's the same AR as a normal GM plate suit. Without the heater, I think it's 30 AR.
At some point, I think many vets can acquire any functional item at will, and the only thing that interests them is rares. I was also surprised at the number of people on this shard who are only really interested in rares to begin with. It was an aspect of 1999 UO that I never really dabbled in, but historically I think there were a lot of people who played in 1999 and beyond and focused largely on this.

So there is no difference between a normal plate suite and the valorite plate suite? So mining and blackmith is not a very important skill here.

Magical properties/bonuses for the different ore types (shadow, valorite, etc etc), came along with Age of Shadows, from what I understand.
Ore types only change the color here, nothing else. They are still harder to come by, but they are not any better than iron in a functional sense, like Mikel says.

no, smithing and mining are not that useful, 2k gets u a 29ar dex suit with 1 dex loss. which is 3 blood eles. relatively cheap for a new suit of armor in the scheme of things. Also allot of ppl have a gm smith, with the 15 char cap.
