hey guys i hope i posted on the right place but hope someone out there can help me. i capped my skills to raise stats first, now i want to raise my skills... they are capped so how does this work now? do i put all the skills i dont want pointing down and visa versa? for example i wanted to raise tailoring, it hasnt been raising at all unless im being impatient lol. if anyone can help thanks! sorry if someone asked this question already.

700pts are the maximum for any character.
thus you need the arrow for tailoring to be pointing up, also you need spare skills pointing down to be able to "transfer" the points.
so everything you want up. everything you dont want down...
