Where do I find....?

Was wondering what NPC vendor can I buy leather armor off of? Like what is needed for the meditation liquor sstyle guide? Ive checked all the blacksmith/arms in britian and moonglow with nothing, are they on a different vendor type?

think it's the 'hides' shops that sell them.
There's one called 'Best Hides of Britain' in that group of stores between Britain Healers and Lord Brit's castle, must be worth a look if only to tell me I'm wrong
