UO Second Age

This is the first house i placed when i joined here and just dont have the heart to deed her up. perfect newb house since it's only a screen from the guard zone/town, very low spawn and very little traffic.

Starting bid @ deed and I'll leave it for sale for a few days and see if any one wants. no one wants it i'll just keep her as a display house.
