Looking to move to a safer house, and have no need for the keep.

All items will be going with me, save for the 2 placed Xmas trees and the stairs leading to the roof.

No end date at this time, still curious as of the worth. Will consider trades for excellent remote low spawn medium houses and gold.

Starting bids at 1.3 million, Buyer must provide broker, I prefer Guardian Knight but other brokers will work.

This is a classic keep. The home was placed nearly three years ago by Johnny Hobo. I was the second owner before selling to whoever apparently sold it to Tekai here.
I forgot to give that buyer the CY runes, so whoever wants them PM me. I'm fairly certain I have the only set in my smithy's bank box.
There are GF boxes in the eastern CY (one still has my gold in it that I was testing decay with). If you move the boxes they will decay (tested with one empty a long time back).

Whats the current offer on the keep and whats the buyout?

Buyout is undetermined due to the prices of keeps swinging wildly.

Starting bid is 1.3 million, but I'm not a jerk so if it is obvious im not going to get further offers after a few days I will sell.

Anyway, even though we are in contact through pms I'll offer 1.3 + what we spoke about

I hope you get your money's worth. I'm fairly certain I let this spot go for a Castle + Tower deed, but that was to a friend, for a friend of his.

Adding a buyout of 1.7 million to correspond to the keep one screen left selling at that price.

If no further bids by Server down tonight, Keep will go to Jewbacca for 1.3 million.
