I checked yew area and couldn't find any. Found some lockable chest but none were labeled as GM made.

I just put 2 on vendor [Bayo] at Trinny Stone Vendors.

You wont see any [GM] label when you click on it.

I can assure you, mine are made by GM Carp/GM Tinker.
