Selling this deed, I have seen that this is pretty rare. I will accept gold or housing as bids.
Edit: I am putting a starting bid of 150k on this because I am not letting it go for a small deed.
I reserve the right not to sell if the bids do not meet my requirements.
Auction will end 24 hours after last bid.

wow seriously? I just seen one of these go for 200k. Guess maybe I should have put in a min bid to scare off the lowballers.

It's only worth what ppl are willing to pay.
Sorry if you feel we are lowballing this but since not so many ppl seems interested in these you can't really expect to sell it at the same rate as previous ones.
Seen 3 sold of late and they sold for 300, 250 and the last sale 200k, but since this is the 4th out there I guess there's no more high paying buyers left.
Or maybe I'm wrong, just keep your fingers crossed
I'll bid 60k !!

Well you don't want to buy something for what it's worth, expect to get a lot of that.
Also sorry about that, this will be the last time I auction off an item, I will just do straight up sales from now on, pay me what I want for it or DON"T post in my thread....
