I can't claim any of these are pre-patch. My bro amassed this collection. Some from red healers, some from the mages that used to spawn in the hidden valley, and probably a handful from IDOC's.

Unless I missed a number, they're all current town npc sandals. Quite a few of em though.

I believe you are correct. I seem to recall seeing these colors on player vendors for around 1k each. That would still make 80k a good deal for the buyer.

The 18** hue range on sandals ranges from 1801 - 1887 and spawn on different kinds of NPC's.
Most spawn in town, but they can also be found at other places as well, such as the evil mage vendor in Hidden valley.
Evil mages however only spawn with hue #-1 sandals now, they used to, a long time agoo, spawn with hued sandals as well.

I would say 80k for this lot is a really good offer, I would estimate most of these to be worth around 500g each sold as bulk.
A few exceptions would be: 1801, 1802, 1807, 1808, 1863, 1873, 1883, 1887.
Where 1863 is most valuable, 5-10k.
The others, 1801, 1802, 1807, 1808, 1873, 1883, 1887, may sell for 3-5k.
The rest in this lot are pretty hard to sell and I wouldn't count on it to return the gold spent, if you are looking to resell them that is.
