Any info on this history of this item?

Item was picked up out of an IDOC , I did not do a treasure hunt for the item nor do I know the origin I apologize.

The helm was reward from the scavenger hunt, same hue, style, and named. But i believe it was far less common and was what they originally planned on calling the helm before planning to make multiple parts.. Then the helm was named a Completion of Savenger Hunt part One, temporarily miss spelling Scavenger to Savenger. Then was fixed to the final version a Completion of Scavenger Hunt Part One.
The Helm of the Hunt being far more uncommon then the miss spelled version, there may be more out there... but been a long long time since I've seen one.

Close. This is how they are named now, ever since they removed the additional reward of a 2pt trophy.

They are currently rarer, but can still be acquired, unlike the Savenger and Scavenger.

I been asking everyone for DAYS what this item was and everyone gives me the "I don't know" and "Never seen one of those" .

Sucks that I have to put it up for sale just to get some answers.

As Rammar stated, and I had confirmed before, this is the new type of scav hunt reward.

Going to let run till tomorrow @ 5-6PM (When I get home) at that time I'll sell to the highest bidder.
