Hello im selling a small on valor that is in fact the only house that can go there. Buy this house and you Own valor island all to yourself. starting bid at 2-story house deed.

That island only fits one house..

LOL. You're not the first one who has tried to sell a house in that spot. I'm guilty of it as well when I was new. There is a reason no house is there. That island is loaded with silver serps and such and it not a very desirable place to live.

yes only one house fits here beleive me ive tried. why would you now want silver serpents protecting your house. Plus theres a nice river to park your boats. i figure the only house that goes on an island is pretty exclusive but hey what do i know.....

Honestly, I hope you can sell it and I wish you luck. But I wouldn't hold your breath, speaking from experience.
