Looking to buy a 7x7 for a newer player who wants to try their hand at vendors.

Would be interested in 7x7s close to vesper (North, North West or South west entrances), Britain north road, Something close to yew, etc.

Deal went smooth. First Hoots gave me 3X small house deeds and then I transferred ownership of the house. I highly endorse and recommend Hoots.
