Selling Large Vase and others

1. Large vase min bid: 250k buyout: tower deed
2. Broken Chair: min bid: 65k buyout: 2x small deed
3. empty tub: min bid 20k: buyout small deed
4. pillow not for sale, sorry lol
Once min bid is reached auction last for 24 hours ( unless buyout is met) after which that bid must stand for 5 minutes to prevent sniping. Cheers
* Last thing I forgot, I will be placing items on a vendor for the convenience of both parties.
