Hello everybody,

I'd like to make this short a sweet so here goes.

I have the entire tip of the Minoc Peninsula I wish to sell to the highest bidder which includes 1 L shape and three small houses behind it. See the pic below.



Perfect area if you wish to own a nice cluster of UOSA land!

The starting bid will be 2x L shape + 1x Small deed. The auction will end at my discretion only, buy-outs will be considered through PM or IRC.

Deal will be done with a broker, if the buyer wishes to rush the transaction I have no problem trading without a broker but I WILL be receiving the money BEFORE the transfers. Please bare in mind that I would prefer a broker as it is the safest way to trade on UOSA.

lshape 4 smalls deeds and is tower infront yours?

Nope tower isnt mine and the starting bid is 2L shapes and a small. Thats my current offer, I wont even consider any less.

Would you consider breaking this apart and selling smalls by themselves?

If not would a potential buyer be interested in sharing expense for this? I am seeking ownership of the most northern small.

I am willing to split this up but I would like to give it a couple days for anyone who wants the entire plot to buy it out - as some people want their own private areas and these houses are a substantial chunk of the minoc peninsula.

However, if Somebody throws an offer at 2x deeds for the L shape + the small right behind it, I will sell the others without a doubt.

Yeah, its a really nice spot. I am shooting to get a castle but I also wanted these four houses. Mainly to own my own little area in UOSA.

The only down fall to the area is that the darn reapers spawn like wild fire so to bring a nub to the house you have to be swift or you'll catch 10 flame strikes =P

I have a couple smalls in a high spawn area so before I take my miner or lumberjacker there I clear it out with my main.

Yeah, to be honest though its not even just a high spawn area there are about 10 reapers up along that peninsula at all times haha =) I actually like it though, it almost like home defense hehe

Trade went through perfectly! Gave Corn Pops 2 L shape and 3 Small deeds - L shape was transfered - Logged on alts and transfered all the rest - I would definitely trade with Jewbacca again and +rep to Corn Pops for his exceptional brokering!!
