Sell - Windmere Woods - Small ( another 1 or 2 house plots)

I had this up a little while ago but the sale fell through, never heard back from the bidder. So been a little to lazy to relist but getting them all up now.
I have a small house that can fit at least 2 smalls, I havent tested it for a 3rd so it may or may not.
The House offers water views and plenty of lumber to chop away at. If you so desire then by boat and a easy sail to the west is the Crescent Mountain range where you can boat mine up and down happily, just dont AFK macro mining as bad things tend to happen. Neighbours are quiet, hardly to be seen, and the spawns are relatively low, just enough to go out and and make a few coin on the side.
Starting bid is deed plus 15k ono, BO is 2 deeds. I will let this run a week from today.
