Greetings - Selling this L shape, located south of Trinsic.

Quiet place
Low traffic
Little spawn
Water access
Several spots along the coast to place small houses (if you have interest in blocking spots for neighbors).

It was a good home, just moved to a diff spot.

I bought for Deed+Small, so that is starting bid (or asking price). I am in no rush to sell it... so that is as low as I will go, especially given the pros listed above.

I prefer to trade with broker, as that is the safest way - but I will trade without as long as deeds are transferred to me first.
