As the title states, two coastal houses on the same screen with no other houses on the screen! The closest is an L Shape a screen off to the NE.

Hey guys, the buyout is just a small above both deeds. I have to honor ghosty's offer since I wasn't running an auction . I apologize for the confusion! If ghosty changes his mind ill sell you both for a small above deeds though mickeyangelo. It's yours ghosty if you want it and the spawn is very light!
