Great spot for a vendor! Right by the road and a screen or so from brit gate! Only one neighbor onscreen, never even see them so they are no trouble.

Not the house for the loner! Lot's of traffic! Especially new players killing stuff in the area.

There is room for it to be moved one or two spaces to the west, right against the road if you wish. Depends on how good you are with Houses. But I like the side yard, why I placed it the way it is.
