anywhere from 10-15k

yea, some say 10k some get greedy and go 15k, some are desperate and pay 15k, some are cheap or sneaky and say 10k, i would say most silver is sold for between 10-12k, but like pirul said, its sold for 15k before and will probably go up to that her before to long if none is given out.
