Pirul's Brokering Thread

Lately I have been asked to broker more and more deals. I am creating this thread in order to compile feedback, and for future reference if anyone should require my service.
I have not previously posted many of the trades I have brokered, so anyone I have brokered for is more than welcome to leave their feedback here.

Great guy! Did a large real estate deal with him (large for me) I'd never hesitate to transfer deeds gold or property to him first or have him broker any deal I do. Actually he's the only broker I've ever used. Thanks Pirul.
