Newbie looking to buy first house

I am new and not quite sure how this works. I have 15,000 and am wondering if I can afford any type of house.

The cheapest house deed is 43,800gp so if you plan on buying a house you need to get at least that much.
Paying someone for an already placed small might involve a cost of deed + whatever the seller feels his placed house is worth.
If you need a house to macro in, I can friend you to one of mine completely free of charge and for as long as you need. I have a few smalls in various areas and I am sure one will suit your needs until you can afford your own.
