Introducing myself to the server

Hey everyone, I'm new to the server so I thought I'd make a quick intro post. I mainly play under the names Emperor and Michael Collins, with Emp being my main.I was ecstatic to come across a functioning and true -to-the-era UO T2A server! I've only been in game for about a week and a half, but I'm already overwhelmed with waves of nostalgia.
A quick bio of my background in UO. I started playing Ultima Online back on its launch day in 1997 on Lake Superior, before making the jump to Catskills the day that server went active, and stuck with it until around 2000. I basically quick once I could no longer stand the Trammel/Felucia split., I played a few months on Siege Perilous with the Undead Lords before the birth of my first child caused me to give up the game. I was really into the pvp scene back in the day, and in my humble opinion, no MMO before or since has ever been able to capture the feel, grit and "real world" environment that UO created.
I've forgotten how hard it is to get going with characters, especially financially. Thats more a comment on my own diminished experience with the game than a whine. Games shouldn't be necessarily easymode, I understand. I'm thinking life will get easier to level up characters and simplify basic logistics once I can purchase a house, we'll see!
If there are any of the old school players from Catskills still playing, here is a brief shoutout to the clans I was in, and those I had the most fun fighting against!

My clan, Clan Imperial Guard was founded on August 16, 1996 as a Quake 1 clan before moving to UO, and is still active today having played a couple dozen games since. I'm trying to convince some of the old hands to come on back lol. Our website is also still active, but is undergoing a switch from the VBForum format. www.Clan1G.net.
Finally, I am the host of a rather popular Internet live talk show/podcast at www.VTWproductions.com. We do about 20k+ listeners a month, and I'm also trying to promote some of my listeners to give UOSecondage a spin. The show is called The Emperor's Court, airs 6-9pm eastern on Sunday nights, and can also be downloaded from the site and Itunes. Very satirical show that covers gaming and Internet news and going's-on. Its your 3 hour break from Internet porn! Tune in, or even better, call in to the show sometime!
If you see me running around in the world, say "hi" and try not to hold it against me if I kill you...but more than likely will get killed while I'm still learning lol. Any tips/tricks or helping hands are appreciated!
