UO Second Age

Just placed this last night when the previous house fell. Debating on whether or not to sell or keep as a vendor house. Anyone got an idea of what this might sell for?

Quite a bit i would say, would be nicer if you were right next to the bank but i doubt those will go anytime soon or if ever, but since your right by the bank im sure you can get atleast 4xSmall Deed for it, maybe up to a Tower, but i dont know what the market is for Yew houses, i bought mine which is few screens south of yew bank for 2xSmall Deed a year ago, and at that time people were selling houses located between yours and the bank for Tower deeds and stuff, but i dont think they sold. But if you have a crafter or a use for it I would honostly hold onto it, because my small south of the bank i got for 2 Smalls has made me couple million gp since i bought it by just selling Tmap loot and MiBs before I was forced outta business.
