20 screen from E Brit. Right next to Prosonic's rune library. Great location on grass sandwiched by water and very minimal spawn.
Starting bid is 2 castle deeds.
Buyout is 2 castle deeds and 1 keep deed.
Auction will run as long as I see fit.
