First up, Minoc K^A Town Keep - Bidding starts at Castle Deed + Keep Deed.



This keep does not have a buyout as of yet, however if sombody offers one that exceeds my expectations I will take it into serious consideration.


Second on the list is my TG Town Tower - Due to location this auction will start at a Castle Deed. Perfect spot to troll TG or for TG to purchase an expand.

The third and the last item up for sale is my Cove Patio house! The price will start at 2x Patio deeds. High demand house due to the LOS trick, great location right near Cove - Neighbors are never on and they are pretty nub anyways. - Properties above this patio are also for sale by somebody so you could potentially take the entire area.




Buyout is set at 3x deeds.

Once again I'll bump a sale thread for my old Keep. This was placed originally by Johnny Hobo some years back now. The current owner SHOULD have the original and from what I know, only set of runes to the CYs. This is a Grandfathered keep with no-decay boxes in the eastern CY (maybe one in the northern too). You can store things in them (my small gold pile for testing is still in one) but DO NOT PICK THEM UP. They will decay if you pick them up at all.

Yep I have the only set of CY runes still in the rune book I got from ya - thank you again for giving them to me - they will of course be given at time of sale.

Im only stating its not in TG and suggested that the title is misleading......id think advertising it at a tower near brit xroads might be a bigger selling point,but who knows.

Wait im sorry Malice you already have runes to my houses, and I am not selling my tower in order to move - I have more property than you clan. PS: What exactly would you do with my "address"?
