UO Second Age

With charged staffs and wands.... or all weapons for that matter.

Does Magery affect how much damage it puts out? I know on average a lightning strike does about 15 dmg on myself.. fireball 10, depending on my Resist, Im guessing. In town, it only does 1point.

So in a town battle, are charged weps useless? Aside from GT.

Other thing... does EI also affect the damage output?

Magery/EI are not related to wand/staff use or damages.

I think all staffs/wands work in towns, but it is a good question. Im sure a townie dexer can give a 100% answer.

AFAIK the damage/heals from wands are calculated as if you had 60 magery and 0 eval.
