Hoots --- not trying to be an ass but.... as you notice in that post the price being asked is way too high (starting bid L-shape deed)


notice in my post --- LARGE BRICK DEED (hence the difference in posts is a 50k difference in price)

Regularly suits have been selling for a brick deed, if you go back to previous posts lots of suits are on here for 200k..... and they don't sell or sit for a LONG period of time.

As always, the item is worth what the buyer is willing to pay. In this type of 'want to buy' post, its basically a waiting game to see if someone agrees to the offer or if the buyer will raise it.

Hope you manage to snag one at this price solo.
