UO Second Age

Good friend is quitting UOSA, and has asked me to sell off his property. Conditions of the sale are established by him, and are as follows.

Location is in the Windmere Woods between Vesper and Minoc, no more than a 10 second run from "The Strip". Just behind Telamon's Castle.


Sale is to be done as a package, bidding starts at 2mill for all 3 houses, buyout is established at 2.5mill.

All 3 houses have moderate furnishings (forges, tables, chests, etc.) which will be left in place. I will upload a better quality picture tomorrow when I have more time.

Can the brick behind the keep fit a tower?

I am quite positive it can. I know it did at some point in time, it would just be a matter of checking if the terrain complies with current placing restrictions.

Paradox quitting?

A friend of mine asked me to keep an eye on a keep with room to grow so this would be perfect but I think a bit out of his price range atm. I will pm him this thread and see what happens.

Regardless, this is a sweet spot for anyone to get.
