Eo, your cool and all, and not trying to hijack or down you bro, but whats so special about a tree in your void that sticks up through the floor... or when you on second floor the leaves disappear 
Anyways, hope we still cool, nice location for sure, would be nice coming home to that 3 tile deep ocean view 
but mostly the fact no one lives in front of you and low possibility of nuisance monsters at your steps. Good luck with sale, wait you already have some killer bids.

Potted trees are practically worthless compared to a natural tree, with roots that add to your building's structural integrity while also strengthening the coastline and ensuring the future of your home. Essential unless you want to live in fear of coastal decay. I personally wouldn't buy a coastal Keep without one.
