Just wondering before i try an put this on the market. How much would people pay for this spot? Nice an quiet, Real low spawn, Good spot..

I would say Deed plus Small tops, all depends on the market, but some have said prices on Lshape and smaller homes has gone up due to LoS issue.

What can i get for this Brick
