[SELLING] KEEP S OF DESTARD WITH FOUNTAIN ADDON

Selling a keep S of Destard with a lovely fountain addon in front of it.
Co-ords are 114o 10'S 10o 20'W
This plot used to be a castle, but due to the tower overhang change is one tile short of fitting a castle. This sale comes with the small pictured to the left which is the only other piece of housing blocking a potential castle spot.
Bidding starts at 800k, buyout at 1.2m - We reserve the right to not sell/withdraw the sale at any time.

Fell awhile ago.. I wasnt even there for it. I came afterwards and placed two smalls in empty spots

It fell a while ago and from memory there were about 10 or so people (Lawl firm, Uhh, Cave and a few random dexxers), I transferred the keep to Ohm while I had internet problems hoping he would sell it during that period, but he's been lazy about selling it so I figured I'd do the gruntwork for him.
