When I try to utilize the IRC chat system that you have ont he website here it brings up a second page. Says Connecting... then just says Unable to Connect : Null

I've never gotten it to work. I've tried various computers and various times over the past 2 weeks.

What am I doing wrong?

This may be a problem with a firewall, maybe UDP blocking on your end. The IRC is also available throgh a standard IRC client such as mIRC, but if it's a firewall issue, you may have the same problem.

Ok kinda off question but I'm going to try it anyways.

I'm at work and started off with no admin rights or anything and couldnt get the online chat client to work, figured it was due to the udp settings, couldnt get them to disable that but I did get them to give me admin rights, I'm been trying various ways to access the irc chat but of no success. I've come to the conclusion that the 6667 port tcp and udp have been completely shut down. I can install and use almost any program I want but unfortuntately will not be able to open that port. Is it at all possible for me to log on still? Any ideas?

I am having the same problem. I can never join IRC. I've opened the right ports, i've tried the firewall off. Nothing.

http://www.mirc.com/
They'd like to sell it to you but it'll work forever without paying, just have to put up with the nag screen.

Best IRC client that I know of.
