Yew Gate Small - Same screen as moongate!

Tried out a vendor here for about 2 weeks and made over 500k with a single vendor selling MiB's and level 1 t-maps. While it is a VERY profitable location, I've decided vendoring is just not for me. I'll stick to selling my wares on the forums for now. Taking offers of this fantastic vendor spot.

I am going to put a buyout of a tower deed on this. Probably one of the top 10 smalls to own on the server for vendoring

Sorry for not putting a higher buyout on it, was alot of interest. Milk, if you would like to make some money, there could be a significant offer placed on it. Good transaction none the less.
