SELL - Moonglow House. Waterside (Guard Zone) SAFE

I have another house looking to sell located on Verity Isle (aka Moonglow). This house backs on to a Guard zone so it offers the safest recall bar a town itself to your potential new home. The mage reagent shop is to the north so an easy jaunt north mostly under guard cover. If fishing is your thing, then park a boat directly behind in the guard zone and what more could you ask knowing a Guard would be there in a instant if you called.
I am starting this bid at 2 small deeds BO is 3 deeds.
