I guess I'm looking for around 1000 yards and I'd expect to pay around 60k.

60per a far cry less than the 150per you're after. Interesting! It's so easy to get this stuff. I'd do it myself but it affects my Dread Lord title to be killing such scoundrels.

The only 1109 vendor i have seen on this shard sells for 300/yard....

It is "easy" to get, but very time consuming to accumulate...

It's easy to get but not easy to get 1000 yards of it.
I would never ever sell for under 250g/yard so 150 is a dirt cheap price!

Ah. I did in fact accumulate about that much a while back then use it all. The re-spawn rate is really fast in Fire Dungeon and there is an easy trick for farming them with basically no risk quite quickly. I shall post a picture this evening, but its just angling yourself, popping an EV down the stairs and then casting EQ. The entire building of mages will die to the one EV and you can loot 4-5 blue robes.

Where else do they spawn? Might make a little loop.

Pretty much its just Fire Dungeon, Shame Building 1, Shame Building 2.. that it?

how long ago did you do that... I dont see an EV/blade taking down any type of mob these days....

edit... and i wouldnt consider the spawn to be all that quick, and for every lord that spawns, you are only getting what? 20-25% chance on a 1109 for anywhere from 3-8 cloth with a gm tailor?

Its like anything else in UO... if you have the time to farm it yourself, go for it. But from someone who collected 1109 in the past, i think the 250-300 / yard is rather fair.

Yeah, I've done that a few times this week. As Pirul said, it's all about kiting the EV and mobs. It's really easy there. Maybe I'll even make a .rpv

Yeah.. I think my max price would be 88 per yard for 1000 as a buyer - so two small deeds for a stack of 1000.

For now I'll just keep farming it myself. Awww yeee!

As Hoots say, there are currently hue 1106, 1107, 1108 and 1109 spawns in there on evil mages and then I dont even count the 54 different red hues that drop on the other mages who are by far more.

Yes I know u can farm that place easily with an EV but hey, u get maybe 1x1109 per full spawn and as said before u may yeild about 6 yards per 1109 robe with GM tailor.
So if we play with the figures, u have to kill the entire spawn 1000/6=167 times to get 1000 yards of 1109 (probably more tiems than so) and who in their right mind would sell those 1000 yards for 88g/yard, I know I wouldn't since the gathering takes WAY too long compared to what it takes to gather gold on this server.
Besides people here are stupidly rich so why negotiate the price?
250+g/yard is a fair price
150g/yard is a dirt cheap price
If this is too high for you, hunt it yourself, I'm 99% sure you wont find it any cheaper no matter how long you search for it unless you fool someone new.

RPV would be appreciated if you have the time. Since coming back 2 months ago, i cant seem to get EV down with any type of reliability for more than one target (unless im talking about targeting myself that is...)
