Up for sale is a North of Yew Lich spawn small home. It is located across the road just a few screens above the lich spawn. Nice location to farm those nasty undead. Secluded, YES. There are no other houses directly near this home. The guard outpost is in the same screen to the right of the home. Stop by and check this home out! Dont let this one pass you by. I've had a few PM offers just short of the starting bid of Deed + 25k. I will let this run through the weekend. If there isn't a starting bid or higher, I will remove the listing at that point.

Sold to milk. Milk transferred deed + gold first, then received house. Quick and smooth.
