SELL - Small Mining House with Cave right outside.

I have a small house that I wish to offload. As you can tell by the attached screen shots it has it's own mining cave with Valorite within if memory serves me. As well you can mine up and down the mountain side if you so wish for more ingots. There aren't many places that have a very accessible mining cave available to them. There is plenty of lumber if that is also your thing.
Dungeon Hyloth is just down the road if you feel like being a little intrepid.
