UO Second Age

Hi - I'm hoping that someone reads this who can help. I've sent Derrick PMs but as yet, no response. I'm a long time player of the shard and I've taken a long break away. I take care to log in every week and refresh my properties. I logged in yesterday and two of my properties are condemned - how and why does this happen and am I just screwed at this point? Thanks in advance for any help.

Properties are condemned if the account owner does not log on for one year. If the houses are owned by your other accounts, log in and you should be able to refresh them.

I think you have to refresh the house with the character that placed it?

ahh- is there a way to reset the account p/w? I can log in on my other two but don't remember the username/password combo for the third.
