Skara Brae Small House

Ive had a few people ask me about this house and I am not really using it so Ill consider selling it. I paid 2 mil for it a few months ago fyi.
Ill let the bidding run for about a week unless someone gives me a good enough buy out before that.
If I don't get enough interest I will just keep it. That being said I reserve the right to pull this item if I am not happy with the price.
Bidding will start at a 1 Million gold with a small deed as the minimum increment.

Probably one of only 5 small house on the server I would consider buying (if I wasn't broke lol)
Great spot, well worth the millions I am sure people will end up bidding for this.

Reserve is met so this house will sell... Lets set an end date for this Friday at 9pm Eastern or 1 hour after last bid.
