UO Second Age

I no longer need this outpost. Its LOS bug safe and close to deciet entrance.

Very low spawn of just a few occasional orcs as evident in photo of gm tracking.

Some pvp, yet relatively quiet, and an overall good housing choice IMO.

I'm leaving this house on my scout until I get atleast what I originally paid - Deed + 2 Smalls.

So that is where I am starting this auction at and I don't mind whatever increments come there after.

I have no real need to sell it for less, sorry.
