What does forum titles mean?

Something I wondered today...
What does forum title means? What is their order and how to achieve each one?
This is great great knowledge, or... maybe Im just curious

Well, it means people agree with what you post, or think you are reputable. You can achieve it when people "up vote" you enough to leave your "unsung" title behind. You can up or down vote people by clicking on the thumbs up or down icons below their user rep in each post. Enough thumbs up and you'll be on your way up the Rep ladder.

I'm guessing there is a minimum post count to give rep?
Funny cause I was curious about this but I can't give people rep..guessing I don't have enoug
