Well sins i rarely use this house any more I feel someone else could use it. Placed right between two mines were you can find every kind of ore except for Valorite. Its fully decorated for a smith/miner.

Not sure on the price, havent seen one of these houses for sale in the last year. So bidd away and if i feel pleaced with the bidd ill sell it.

I would have to disagree with you, the house on your left seems a little bit better than yours.

I know the sign says to, but this is ideal place between the north mine and the west mine...there by making it the best!

Subjective advertising is not false.

Technically, it is better to be right in the middle, if you are after all ore types. However, in my opinion the one to the left would be better because you can get Valorite from the southern mine and gold, shadow and dull copper, along the mountain in between, if I recall correctly.

In the west cave you can mine iron, dull copper, shadow, copper, agapite and verite.
In the nort cave you can mine iron, shadow, bronze, golden and valorite.

And as Blaise stated, if you only after the ore in the west mine the other house is better, but if you are after the ore in the north mine also, mines is the best.
